Do you want to know where in the world Brazilian migrants go? Ever wondered where Canada's immigrants came from? The World Migration Map Data Tool leverages the unique Global Migrant Origin Database, developed by the University of Sussex's Development Research Centre on Migration, Globalisation and Poverty (Migration DRC), so that you can see the origins and destinations of migrants to and from nearly every country in the world.

To access the data sheet for a particular country, click on the region and then click on the country of interest, or simply select it from a pull-down menu below the map. Please note that only Oceania, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America are currently available; we will add other regions of the world in the coming months.

Note: Although every effort was made to ensure the quality of the data, inconsistency in the data may arise due to the assumptions made during the development of the Global Migration Origin Database. We encourage our users to read more about data consideration on DRC's Database website.
